To provide University of Texas students with real world, hands on experience in all aspects of public relations while providing quality public relations services to local non-profit organizations.

Experience is vital for students starting their careers in the public relations industry. Texas Tower PR, a student-run public relations agency at the University of Texas at Austin, serves as an opportunity for students to begin and extend their public relations experience. By providing opportunities to apply what students have learned in the classroom in a real world setting, Texas Tower PR helps ease students' transition into the practice of public relations while giving back to the Austin community.

Texas Tower PR works exclusively with local non-profit organizations because they understand that the need for help can never be truly fulfilled when working towards a cause. Working with non-profit organizations also allows much creative license and responsibility for students since many organizations do not have the time or resources to focus on public relations campaigns. This mutually beneficial relationship between Texas Tower PR and its clients provides an opportunity for students to gain real insight and experience while allowing its clients to free up valuable employee time for other important projects.
